For LufthansaI provided consulting support for the training of service teams in the area of ticketing.
Extensive process documentation was transformed into an interactive dashboard – clearly structured, situationally accessible, and tailored to the day-to-day workflows at the counter and in the service center.

In collaboration with the Legal Tech Association, I played a leading role in the development and implementation of an AI training program for law firms.
The program was designed to provide industry-specific knowledge on the applications and potential of AI tools. Its goal: to offer a hands-on introduction to AI and create clear, practical connections to everyday workflows in legal practice.

In collaboration with Schwarzkopf a digital learning experience was developed for salon owners, providing foundational knowledge on sustainability along with industry-specific approaches.
The focus was on practical upskilling, offering concrete recommendations for making salon operations more sustainable. The e-learning format was interactive, user-focused, and tailored to the everyday realities of the hairdressing profession.

Construction / Project Development

For Otto Wulff I supported the development of project leads – a role characterized by high levels of responsibility and entrepreneurial scope.
To this end, a workshop format was designed and delivered to convey core values and business-critical processes. This evolved into a quarterly workshop series aimed at continuously strengthening this key role within the organization.

For Gebr. Heinemann a 10-week blended learning program was designed specifically for employees across different levels of the organization.
The focus was on personal development through self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-leadership.
Digital learning impulses, in-person workshops, coaching, and practical transfer elements created a holistic learning experience – with measurable impact. The program was subsequently rolled out company-wide.

For various departments at Jägermeister I developed tailored learning formats – from blended learning concepts and e-learning experiences to gamified modules.
The content spanned HR topics such as onboarding, values-based leadership, and leadership development, as well as sustainability training for trade marketing and brand-specific learning modules.
