As Head of Learning at welikechange, I led the content department and was responsible for developing comprehensive blended learning programs for medium-sized and large companies. Working closely with clients, I advised them on tailored learning solutions and supported projects from conception to implementation.

As Head of Product & Growth at LEAD Academy, I led a team that developed and implemented innovative training programs for executives. My responsibilities included not only coordinating and delivering the programs in close collaboration with external trainers, but also playing a key role in the conception and design of learning formats. During the pandemic, I digitized on-site training sessions, developed blended learning formats and e-learning modules, and implemented a company-wide learning management system (LMS).
