With a background in business psychology and many years of experience in the design, implementation, and strategic management of learning programs, I support companies in the sustainable development of their employees. In various roles, I have shaped learning processes, influenced learning cultures, and driven company-wide development initiatives.

As Head of Learning at welikechange, I led the content department and was responsible for developing comprehensive blended learning programs for medium-sized and large companies. Working closely with clients, I advised them on tailored learning solutions and supported projects from conception to implementation.

As Head of Product & Growth at LEAD Academy, I led a team that developed and implemented innovative training programs for executives. My responsibilities included not only coordinating and delivering the programs in close collaboration with external trainers, but also playing a key role in the conception and design of learning formats.
