Together with the Legal Tech Association , an AI training course was developed for law firms, providing industry-specific knowledge about the applications and potential of AI tools. I played a leading role in the development and implementation of the program. The goal was to make the introduction to AI practical and to establish concrete applications for everyday law firm work.

In collaboration with Schwarzkopf a digital learning experience was developed for salon owners, providing foundational knowledge on sustainability along with industry-specific approaches.
The focus was on practical upskilling, offering concrete recommendations for making salon operations more sustainable. The e-learning format was interactive, user-focused, and tailored to the everyday realities of the hairdressing profession.

For Otto Wulff, I supported the development of project managers – a role with a high degree of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial scope. Travel Retail
A 10-week blended learning program was designed for Gebr. Heinemann , specifically targeting employees at different levels. The focus was on personal development through self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-leadership. The program was subsequently rolled out company-wide.

Premium Spirits
Tailor-made learning formats were developed for various departments at Jägermeister – from blended learning concepts and e-learning experiences to gamified modules. The content ranged from HR topics such as onboarding, values education, and leadership roles to sustainability training in trade marketing and brand-specific learning content in the brand management area. The formats were interactive, brand-aligned, and consistently tailored to the respective target groups.
